Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
Products must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Warranty
Every OrthoLab Center product comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
